Exchange Policy

6ixe Luxury Puppies ("we", "us", or "our") provides this Exchange Policy ("Policy") for the exchange of dogs purchased from our breeding program. By purchasing a dog from us, you agree to the terms outlined in this Policy.

1. Exchange Period

1.1. We offer a 24 hour exchange period from the date of vet visit during which you may request an exchange for another dog of equal value.

2. Eligibility

2.1. To be eligible for an exchange or return, the following conditions must be met:

• The original dog must be returned to us in the same condition as when it was purchased.

• All Original Documentation such as Shot records must be returned the same way given which is the physical copy.

• You must provide proof of purchase, such as a sales receipt or invoice.

• The reason for the exchange must be due to a non-genetic issue or compatibility concerns.

3. Exclusions

3.1. This Policy does not apply to exchanges for health-related issues covered under our Health Guarantee. Please refer to our Health Guarantee for information on health-related exchanges.

3.2. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange.

4. Exchange Process

4.1. To request an exchange, please contact us at (215)-833-4601 within the exchange period to initiate the process.

4.2. Once your request is received, we will assess the eligibility of the exchange and provide further instructions for returning the original dog.

4.3. Upon receiving the original dog in satisfactory condition and verifying eligibility, we will arrange for the exchange of the dog for another of equal value.

5. Limitations

5.1. Our liability under this Policy is limited to the exchange of the original dog for another of equal value.

5.2. We are not responsible for any additional costs or expenses incurred by you in relation to the exchange process, including but not limited to transportation costs.
