Purchase Agreement

A deposit is required if the puppy is not to be picked up or delivered within 24 hours of consultation. The deposit is $250 and is non-refundable. This does go towards the final purchase price of the puppy. 

Due to the deposit being non-refundable, if there are health problems with the puppy, the buyer and seller can agree to forward the deposit to another puppy of equal value. 

Deposit payments can be made through the website www.6ixeluxurypuppies.com, Zelle, and Cash App. If using Cash App, there will be an additional $30 fee to cover all cash out expenses. 

By placing a deposit or purchasing a puppy, you agree that you have read all policies and agree to the outlined conditions 

Please carefully consider if you financially able to commit to the purchase of a puppy before depositing or purchasing a puppy. 

If for any reason you want to give the puppy back, There are no refunds. If you deposit and cancel in anyway we charge a 50% restocking fee. Why? Once a puppy is sold and or reserved. It is extremely hard to readopt without one looking fraudulent but two adding stress to our babies which can cause depression. For ex. ( When I got a puppy I didn't realize I can't just up and leave anymore ) , ( I didn't know puppies need attention ) , ( Having a puppy is interfering with my work and or schedule ) , ( My landlord said I can't have a puppy ). These are things that need to be considered BEFORE PURCHASING AND OF DEPOSITING! This does not mean you can't send the puppy back if nessesary, it just means no refunds if you do so.
