Health Guarantee

6ixe Luxury Puppies ("we", "us", or "our") provides this Health Guarantee ("Guarantee") for the purchase of a dog from our breeding program. By purchasing a dog from us, you agree to the terms outlined in this Guarantee.

1. Health Assessment

1.1. We guarantee that at the time of sale, the dog is in good health and has received appropriate vaccinations and deworming treatments according to our veterinarian's recommendations.

1.2. We recommend that you have the dog examined by a licensed veterinarian within 10 days of purchase. If the veterinarian determines that the dog is not in good health due to a congenital or hereditary condition, we will provide a replacement dog of equal value, subject to the conditions outlined in this Guarantee.

2. Genetic Health Guarantee

2.1. We guarantee that the dog is free from any known genetic defects that would significantly impact its quality of life or ability to function as a companion animal.

2.2. If, within 30 days of purchase, the dog is diagnosed with a genetic defect that is covered by this Guarantee, we will provide a replacement dog of equal value, subject to the conditions outlined in this Guarantee.

3. Conditions

3.1. To be eligible for a replacement dog under this Guarantee, you must provide us with written documentation from a licensed veterinarian confirming the diagnosis of the health condition covered by this Guarantee. A phone number must be provided as well so that we can contact the veterinarian.

3.2. This Guarantee does not cover conditions resulting from neglect, abuse, or accidents after the sale of the dog.

3.3. We reserve the right to require a second opinion from a veterinarian of our choice before providing a replacement dog under this Guarantee.

4. Limitations

4.1. Our liability under this Guarantee is limited to the purchase price of the dog.

4.2. We are not responsible for any veterinary costs or expenses incurred by you in relation to the diagnosis or treatment of the dog's health condition or regular vet check-ups.

5. Exclusions

​

5.1. This Guarantee does not cover minor health issues such as ear mites, fleas, ticks, or other common parasites, which are considered part of routine dog care and maintenance. 

5.2. This Guarantee does not cover any conditions that are common for the breed. Including but not limited to: umbilical hernias, underbites, or allergies. 

5.3. We cannot guarantee the size of the puppy, we can only provide an educated guess based on the puppy's family history. There are many variables involved besides genetics such as: gender, neutering/spaying, illness, diet, and the environment they live in.

6. Transferability

6.1. This Guarantee is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the dog.
